(Hong Kong, 13th November) Specialising in hormone and antibiotic free, grass-fed meat from Australia, Spain and the UK, Farmer’s Market has firmly established itself as Hong Kong’s leading premium online meat retailer since its launch in 2016. Founded by serial entrepreneur, Emma Pike, Farmer’s Market sources restaurant quality produce including beef, lamb, pork, poultry, salmon and seafood as well as wines from boutique producers around the world.
The website makes ordering easy, and customers can enjoy no minimum order charge, free delivery on orders over HK$500 and delivery next day on orders placed before 12pm. The website features a wide range of recipes to help customers create mouthwatering dishes for the whole family.
Highlights of the products available online include Super Black Angus beef, which is sourced from a single farm in New South Wales, Australia. 100% grass fed and free from growth hormones and antibiotics and with cuts ranging from ribeye to sirloin, flank to mince, customers have all their bases covered.
In addition to the wide range of beef, Farmer’s Market also offers a variety of cuts of lamb from the Sapphire Coast of New South Wales including chops, loin and shoulder. All hormone and antibiotic free, the restaurant-standard produce is naturally farmed and 100% grass fed. In her continued commitment to quality, Farmer's Market founder, Emma Pike has personally visited the farms that supply the meat to ensure they adhere to the strict welfare standards that form the cornerstone of her business values.
Farmer’s Market has some new additions to its offering for customers including the superior quality Finer De Iberico Spanish Pork from Frimancha in Spain. These mountain reared Iberian pigs have enjoyed a diet of wheat, corn, barley, leguminous plants and acorns, giving the meat a delicious flavour, not found elsewhere.
As winter draws near, it’s hot pot season! To make this enjoyable, family-style dish, Farmer’s Market has specially designed packs of wagyu beef, US pork collar, Spanish pork belly and New Zealand lamb now available.
Due to popular demand, Farmer’s Market now offers British sausages from Broad Oak farm, which was established in 1927. The range includes beef, pork, pork and sweet onion as well as meatballs.
The salmon range is sourced from Huon Aquaculture which was established in 1987, and is now Australia’s signature producer. Noted for its welfare standards of both the fish and surrounding wildlife, Huon shares Farmer’s Market approach to animal health.
An alternative to salmon is the Kuhlbarra Barramundi, which comes from Barramundi ASIA, an Australian Barramundi farm located in the seas off Singapore, which has strong currents bringing a constant supply of pristine, oxygen-rich sea water. The products are available chilled or frozen and in a range of sizes.
To complement the selection of meat and seafood, Farmer’s Market has recently partnered with small batch wine producers to bring customers the perfect wine pairing. Any orders of wine will be delivered on the same day as meat orders, but are delivered separately.
Flown in to Hong Kong fresh each week, beef, lamb, seafood, pultry and pork is available fresh and unfrozen for delivery five days per week.
