At La Petite Maison’s long bar, a new collection of Gin & Tonics have been specially created for the Summer months using the best Mediterranean ingredients and premium tonics as well as Asian elements like yuzu and shisho.
The herbal essence of gin and its subtle flavour matches with zesty French fruit and fresh herbs and these drinks all pair perfectly with La Petite Maison’s Southern France flavoursome cuisine. Based in H Queen’s, La Petite Maison’s well-appointed bar is a drinking destination in its own right thanks to its stylish and welcoming atmosphere, vibrant music and comfy bar seats - guests can relax and enjoy just for drinks or before dining.
This season’s new G&T collection includes four summer sips that will transport guests to the Cote d’Azur:
Riviera Reviver This G&T is made with Mediterranean tonic water and served in a highball glass with lots of ice. A grapefruit slice, fresh sage and orange flower water work in harmony with the botanicals of the gin. |
Infusion d’Antibes This Asian influenced G&T is a palate cleanser with fresh ginger peel, shisho leaf, celery bitters and topped with shisho and lemon spray served in a tall glass. |
Côte d’Azur Cooler A fragrant mix of cardamom seeds, orange peel and a dash of orange bitters all topped up with a premium tonic and a slice of edible orange peel and pretty viola flowers. |
Zeste d’Eté A take on a Tanqueray no.10 G&T with dashes of grapefruit bitters, yuzu juice and topped with grapefruit peel and a sprig of fresh mint – a long drink for a hot summer in Central. |
Saint-Tropez Citron This zesty number is mixed with fresh coriander leaves, lemongrass, strips of lemon peel and Mediterranean tonic served in a large goblet with lots of ice. |
