Liana Technologies, one of the leading cloud-based digital marketing and communications companies in the world, is launching its new monitor product at the dmexco trade fair to be held in Cologne, Germany, 16th – 17th September.
The new monitoring service goes by the name LianaMonitor. It has many features enabled by digital technology that make the service one of the most advanced on the market, the CEO of Liana Technologies, Samuli Tursas, states.
An essential innovation is combining the statistics of marketing, traditional media monitoring and social media monitoring under a single handy user interface.
New features also include integrations with other services of the Marketing Cloud and PR Cloud product families. A company can, for example, monitor the whole cycle of a press release, from sending to final outcome, in other words how the press release is opened in a journalist’s email, how many stories are written about it, and ultimately how it influences the discussion on social media platforms.
The user’s desktop and dashboard have been taken to a new level. A customizable view inside the service is created for the use of communications and marketing.
The buzzword of today is mobility. The new LianaMonitor service functions as a part of Lianamobile. The service has been created to be responsive from the very beginning. Reporting in real time in the form of push notifications, for example, is a key ingredient in mobility. LianaMonitor also includes new data analysis tools for analysing Big Data, as well as automatic email reporting that is a unique feature in the industry at the moment.
