This year’s Greater China edition commenced in March with applications being welcomed from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. With over 19 categories, every department within a hotel was given the opportunity to be recognised. The judging panel this year includes Jenny Soo, Director & Head of Workplace Experience Asia Pacific Corporate Solutions at JLL – Jones Lang LaSalle, Christine Gamarra, Senior Operations Lead for LRA by Deloitte, Diane Fermin Roeder, Communications Specialist and Consultant - Hospitality Industry, Claudia Al-Bala’a, Professional Coach - Coaching for Authenticity, and Sacha Stocklin, Managing Director of CieCAS.

We share a common goal and that is to select the most exceptional individuals in each category. We do not always align, as we are motivated to challenge each other and ensure the best nominations prevail. One common thread that runs throughout is the genuine commitment to deliver authentic and caring hospitality to the industry they love."
All winners will be announced and celebrated during a lavish awards ceremony on the 8th of November 2019 in Macau. The prestigious evening will be full of celebratory cheer, welcoming industry professionals from across Greater China to support their peers as the winners are revealed.
