About the Authors

Assia, the Illustrator, is a French-Moroccan interior designer and has been living in Hong Kong since 2008.
Assia started her own company in 2006, and after arriving in Hong Kong in 2008, she expanded her work scope in a variety media, from mural painting, illustrations, furniture design to original crafts. She works with private and corporate clients in Hong Kong. More of her works can be found on www.assiabennani.com.

Ellen co-founded miniFab in 2013, with a passion for nurturing creativity in young children. She spent her early childhood in Hong Kong, but at aged 9 moved to Australia with her family. Returning in 2005, she found herself rediscovering Hong Kong and falling in love with the city once more. She currently lives in Hong Kong with her husband Sui and their daughter Emma and baby boy Jamie.
