「樂齡科技應用評估基地」啟動禮

靈實13個服務單位導入應用評估基地以導向方式推動樂齡科技勞工及福利局局長孫玉菡先生、社會創新及創業發展基金專責小組主席李正儀博士、社聯行政總裁蔡海偉先生及基督教靈實協會(靈實)行政總裁林正財醫生及多間社福機構代表今日 (10 17日）出席樂齡科技平台舉辦的「樂齡科技應用評估基地」啟動禮，見證「樂齡科技應用評估基地」的初步成果。勞工局及福利局局長孫玉菡表示，樂齡科技產品可以改善老年人的生活質量，也可以同時減輕護老者和護理人員的壓力。所以政府一直致力於推動服務機構和老年人使用創新科技，同時促進科技產業和除推動樂齡科技普及化，政府亦致力於推動數位共融、幫助領導者接觸、認識和使用數位科技產品和服務。靈實作為樂齡科技平台的協作成員之一，獲社創基金資助，與香港大學護理學院的研究團隊合作，共同製定10個主題的應用評估方案及框架，共同推動「樂齡科技應用評估基地」...

新聞稿供即時發布2023年9月5日靈實司務道寧養院擴建動工推動「醫養結合」的新里程香港人口急速老化，對優質復康服務、長期護理和紓緩治療的需求大增，公營醫療系統承受龐大的壓力。緊貼社會的演變和需要，靈實司務道寧養院（下稱寧養院）啟動擴建工程，以滿足香港高齡社會的服務需求。寧養院擴建計劃共分為四期，目標把由現在的100張病床分階段增至600張。第一期擴建已於2019年展開，計劃興建一所安寧照顧綜合中心，包括設有150張病床的安寧照顧大樓及教研中心。安寧照顧大樓佔地12,750平方米，教研中心則佔地1,013平方米，整個綜合中心的總樓面面積將達3,000平方米，地基工程將於（本月）今年9月中展開。寧養院將推動基督教靈實協會（下稱靈實）倡議的「醫養結合」服務模式，從而提升長者、長期病患者及晚晴病人等有需要人士的生活素質，為香港的長者和安寧照顧開創一個新里程。整合多項服務避免轉院煎熬...
