Northern Italian Cooking Class - Fun Filled Activity for All The Family
HONG KONG, 13 August 2019: Exciting Summer activity with a difference for busy working Moms and Dads to enjoy with their children.
Today sees LS5 Cooking Studio launch Mamma Mia Italian Cookery - a parent-child cookery course, running from now until 31st August 2019, for families with children aged 5+.
In the cooking course, parent-kid teams will unlock the secrets of the seven herbs used in Northern Italian family cooking. Participants will also learn how to make 12 regional cuisines, covering hand-made gnocchi, pizza, seafood and meat.
With the aim of integrating Italian cooking culture into Hong Kong, LS5 Cooking Studio especially have an Italian cooking instructor interviewed the seven best restaurants, bakeries and salami production facilities in Mondovi; situated in Northern Italy. The findings have led the cooking studio to create a four-module culinary course featuring the 12 regional cuisines. In each module, participants will learn how to make a 3-course meal in each 2-hour workshop.
All dishes will be cooked using the high-end SaladmasterTM cookware which retains up to 90% of the vitamins and minerals in the ingredients. Made of 316 titanium stainless-steel, the cookware is chemically non-reactive therefore does not release toxic substances at a high temperature.
“In dual-income families when both parents work full-time, they are reluctant to cook at home.
