From indulgent starters such as Lobster Bisque to the well-loved 6 oz. Filet Mignon with a selection of seafood delights, the Steak & Seafood set menu combines the best of both sea and land for a refreshing meal.
Light, fresh and simple - Morton’s starters include a choice of the classic Caesar Salad; a flavourful Shrimp Cocktail served with a zesty homemade sauce or the smooth and creamy Lobster Bisque, a beautifully rich and seasoned broth featuring lobster chunks. This is followed by a 6 oz. impossibly tender Filet Mignon and a choice of crispy, golden Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, succulent Lobster Tail or fragrant Scallops Oreganata. Morton’s signature side dishes are also available as a choice of side from Creamed Sweet Corn and Jumbo Asparagus to Sautéed Button Mushrooms and Creamed Spinach.
Wrap up the scrumptious meal on a sweet note with either the Key Lime Pie or Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake. For wine aficionados, the Paul Hobbs ‘Crossbarn’ Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma County USA is available at a special price of SGD$175++ and is bound to elevate the dining experience to the next level.
