A unique New German dining experience introduced by the world’s only German franchised concept

Hong Kong, 20th April, 2017 – The celebrated Brotzeit® German Bier Bar & Restaurant re-known for its truly authentic German cuisine and premium beers just re-opened its door at Tsim Sha Tsui Centre in Hong Kong to create a vastly improved dining experience for the territory’s discerning diners.

The new features include:

• Two unique real reindeer evergreen moss walls

• New sophisticated bar set up

• Upper floor party room for up to 75 persons

• Two giant screens for the sport enthusiasts

• Cozy “German Beer garden” outdoor seating with 60 seats

Brotzeit® newest design features are very distinguishable from the traditional German restaurants.

Apart from the solid wood tables, comfortable and spacious outdoor seating area with stunning Victoria harbor views, the highlights must the real Reindeer moss (also called evergreen moss) walls. The moss, which is harvested from the forests in Finland, gives the restaurant not only a very unique look and feel but also has a calming effect, regulates the room climate and absorbs the sound.

Brotzeit® is proud to offer distinctive traditional flavours, the menu boasts a wide variety of authentic German dishes. Signature dishes include SCHWEINSHAXN (Pork Knuckle – we only use hind shank imported from Germany), BACKHENDLSALAT (Crispy Chicken Salad), GERMAN SAUSAGES (all sausages are produced daily fresh in Hong Kong with our very own proprietary recipes and spices), SCHWEINS RIPPERL (Honey Bavarian Pork Ribs), WIENER SCHNITZEL (Veal Escalope made with milk-fed imported veal) and KAISERSCHMARRN (Emperor’s cake).

Located at Tsim Sha Tsui Centre on Mody Road in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Brotzeit® is definitely one of the city’s most exciting casual dining destinations with its great harbor views and outdoor seating area. A second Brotzeit® is located at Yoho mall in Yuen Long.

Covering two floors, the restaurant offers two different dining experiences. The ground floor of the restaurant is great for people watching and features the large shaded outdoor seating area with Victoria harbor views. The open views coupled with nice sea breeze makes it the perfect relaxing retreat any time of the day with friends or family to see the world go by. The upper floor is fully air-conditioned, offers great views and has all amenities for the perfect party venue.
