CÉ LA Christmas
In the sophisticated and chic restaurant loved by the city’s style-set, a new Christmas menu is available from 1-30 December. The Christmas menu has two variations across day and night offering four courses for lunch (from HK$288) and five courses for dinner (HK$588), ideal for groups or families.
From 12pm and through to dinner, guests can feast on either the Alaskan Black Cod Saikyo Miso or Slow Roasted Spring Chicken. The Alaskan Black Cod Saikyo Misois enhanced with festive flare thanks to the addition of roasted Brussels sprouts, pine nuts and a unique and warming gingerbread crumble. Keeping it traditional, the Slow Roasted Spring Chicken is marinated in lemongrass and coriander and cooked to crispy and juicy perfection, served with flavoursome ginger and pumpkin purée.
For dinner guests, the Rice Flake Crusted Botan Shrimp is served as the additional course. This succulent and sweet, softly cooked shrimp in a sour-spicy ginger reduction is served on a bed of pomelo salad, atop a crusted rice flake for added texture. Both lunch and dinner menus end with a delightful festive dessert designed by celebrated Pastry Chef Hazel Lee. Make sure to save room for the beautiful Chocolate Yule Log topped with Valrhona chocolate crumbs and plated with homemade macaroons and seasonal berries.
The stylish bar’s mixologist has also curated an exclusive Christmas cocktail, the CÉ LA VI Toddy (HK$148+10%). This warming cocktail is based on the winter Scottish classic, made with Black Label whisky, spiced syrup and lemon juice. Available from 1 Dec to 31 Dec at the Sky Deck bar and in the Club Lounge, the CÉ LA VI Toddy is ideal for adding a festive feel to chilly winter evenings.
