PEAR & CARROT TO GRACE MIF WITH PREMIUM NORDIC FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Pear & Carrot is pleased to be participating at the upcoming 24^th Macao International Trade & Investment Fair to be held at the Venetian Macao on 17-19 October 2019.

In supporting the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute and Food and Beverage industry in Macao, this will be Pear & Carrot’s first appearance at this event. A selected range of premium Nordic food and beverages will be showcased – 

• Västerbottensost

Classic Swedish cheese that was first produced in 1872 in Burträsk. The mature, hard cheese is made from cow’s milk and has a unique taste that is characterised by salty, fruity and sour flavours.

• Falbygdens Ost

Falbygdens makes a range of matured Swedish cheese with a wide and balanced flavour composition that serves as delicious snacks and wonderful complement to wines. 

• Mimis Kotipellon Puutarha

Kotipelto Garden is a multi-award winning grower who produces top quality vegetables and edible flowers for salads and garnishing in Finland. Air-flown to Hong Kong and Macau on a weekly basis.

• Taiga Chocolate

Recently awarded the Winner of Best Confectionery Product at the 2019 Asia Food Innovation Awards in Singapore, Taiga combines the wonderful beauty, purity and sensitivity of Artic nature with nutrients and antioxidants in their range of chocolate. Perfect for the mind, body and soul.

• Dafgårds

Dafgårds is one of the veterans in producing healthy quality food in Sweden for over 80 years. They have been making delightful meals that can be easily cooked up and enjoyed at home.

Pear & Carrot will be exhibiting at Booth 6 in the European Pavilion (K12) in Hall B.
