香港郵政今日（三月十八日）宣布，一套以「基本法頒布二十五周年」為題的紀念郵票及相關集郵品將於四月二日（星期四）推出發售。《基本法》於一九九○年四月四日經中華人民共和國第七屆全國人民代表大會通過，自一九九七年七月一日起實施。《基本法》是香港特別行政區的憲制性文件，它以法律的形式，訂明「一國兩制」、「港人治港」和高度自治，亦規定了在香港特別行政區實行的制度。二○一五年四月四日是《基本法》頒布二十五周年，香港郵政發行一套紀念郵票，以誌其盛。郵票一套四枚，以插畫形式闡述在《基本法》實施後，香港特別行政區在不同方面的面貌，展現國家和香港特別行政區的緊密關係。小全張以漫畫化的香港地圖作為背景，四枚郵票分布在地圖上各地區，寓意《基本法》為香港的安定繁榮奠下穩固基礎，並提供全面的保障。 ...
