Liana Technologies transcends into a global heavy player with agile high-end technology

Finland’s leading cloud-based digital marketing and communications company, Liana Technologies, is rapidly expanding its business in international markets. The company has been able to reach a steady position in Europe, Asia and the Middle East with high-end customer service and technology solutions.

“Our customers very typically start with one solution and later expand their cooperation with us. For example, the multinational hotel chain Accor Hotels now uses our solutions in 31 hotels in the Middle East and Africa. The fact that we can offer everything from basic tools to the most advanced solutions has enabled us to match our technology to all digital needs of our customers”, explains Jonna Seppänen.

Liana Technologies has developed all its software in-house. “It has been a conscious decision to keep all the key functions and processes in-house. That way we have been able to ensure continuous product development and respond to customer needs flexibly”, Jonna Seppänen points out.

Founded and based in Finland, the company has in just four years expanded to a global brand that now operates in the European, Asian and Middle-Eastern markets.

In the next two years the company aims to strengthen its position in the North and Central Europe, Asia and the Middle East. “We aim at no less than being the regional key provider in all of the chosen market areas”, says Jonna Seppänen.
