【Clear Water Bay New House】 Simple architectural aesthetics designs complementing artistic and nature friendly lifestyle

In addition to the sculptures, MOUNT PAVILIA also proudly presents one of the most impressive large-scale works completed by the international recognized architect, Cho Min Suk (Minsuk Cho), the WHITE YARD.

“WHITE YARD”, both WHITE YARD CLUB and WHITE YARD GALLERY, the two areas combined in a simple streamline design, perfectly complementing the natural environment, beautifying joyous family time .  
 
WHITE YARD simple design with neutral tones brings natural warmth to the whole building. The white bricks used in WHITE YARD are custom made specifically for MOUNT PAVILIA to create a mosaic design using two different white tones, enhancing a more intense visual beauty, bringing out the interaction of spaces.

In order to further strengthen the contact with nature, WHITE YARD CLUB uses a large number of streamlined floor glass, make good use of natural light, so that every corner of the club feel the breath of nature, coupled with carefully built unique brick wall, making residents feel like they are in an art gallery

The Dutch designer's paradise inspires children’s budding dreams
 
Children born in the Netherlands are known as one of the happiest children on earth, because the local government has great benefits lined up for children before they are even born.  The Dutch education system allows children more learning freedom, so that they have space to grow and create more possibilities.

The Artisanal Movement is also one of the important ideas for cultivating the ideas and dreams of the next generation. Therefore, the developer invited the children's amusement design studio in Amsterdam, Netherlands, CARVE, to build a 17,000 square foot children's educational amusement park, to inspire children's creativity.

Children play area include five different parks, including Children's Heaven, the Central Paradise, Indoor Interactive Play, Splashpad and Family Friendly Organic Garden.

Different from the traditional concept of children's paradise design, CARVE focused on the most primitive and simple design, allowing the children to explore their own different uses and games with no functional restrictions on the fun facilities to stimulate their endless imagination, so that children of different ages can find the park enjoyable while communicating and socializing freely.

The coexistence of people and nature
 
Sustainable development is the key to our future ecology. MOUNT PAVILIA also hopes that the residents will be able to experience the coexistence of people and nature through interaction and personal experience, and instill in the next generation environmental awareness.

In public facilities, MOUNT PAVILIA offers a range of sustainable installations, including solar street lights for renewable energy for public places, wind power plants located on residential rooftops, solar panels for energy supply to hot water systems, etc. With the kitchen waste machine on property, the households and club house organic waste will be collected and converted into organic fertilizers, plants to be used in the family friendly organic gardens to complete the food chain.

This project sold 112 units since April with total proceeds of more than $2.3 billion. The property sold by the form of tender. The tender price ranges from 16,000 to 22,000 HK dollars, of which certain households are connected to over a thousand square feet of large garden space, have indoor style staircase to the 1,000 square feet rooftop and 2,3 connected.
