SHKP named BCI Asia Top Ten Developer in Hong Kong for fifth year running

Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP) was named one of the top ten Hong Kong developers for the fifth consecutive year in the latest BCI Asia Top Ten Awards.  The commendation acknowledges SHKP's effort to put its Building Homes with Heart belief into practice and develop premium properties to suit customer and community needs, while maintaining its industry leadership with exceptional development design and quality.   
  
The annual BCI Asia Top Ten Awards recognize the best developers and architectural firms in seven Asian territories including Hong Kong and Singapore.  Candidates are judged on criteria such as aggregate value and green ratings of projects under development during the past year.  The awards are meant to endorse and promote excellence in construction and sustainability in the industry.
