Iso Fit offers all the Polestar Certification programs including the Comprehensive, Reformer and Mat series. The courses are taught by a team of highly trained and experienced instructors led by Dawnna Wayburne. Dawnna is the Education Director of Polestar Pilates Asia Inc., the Asian Licensee and a Principal Educator for Polestar Pilates Education-based in Miami USA, started her Pilates training in 1973. Besides training in-house, Dawnna has been conducting external instructor training programs in Hong Kong and other cities in Asia for over 15 years. For the first time (and unique to comprehensive Pilates Education), the course is now supplemented by online lectures and labs to enhance your learning experience. 

Although it is recommended to have some degree of Pilates experience, it is not necessary for the student to have previous fitness or health training, the main requirement to start training is a keen personal interest in Pilates. Courses take place starting 11/12 March 2017 at Iso Fit. About Dawnna

Since 1973 Dawnna has trained intensively in the Pilates field and has, over the years, worked with Master Teachers of universal repute some of whom worked with Joseph Pilates himself. Dawnna was the first to set up a combined Gyrotonic® and Pilates exercise studio in Asia in 1998.

Dawnna is the Education Director of Polestar Pilates Asia Inc., the Asian Licensee and a Principal Educator for the Polestar Pilates® Education LLC. She spends a considerable part of her time conducting in-house and external instructor training programmes in Hong Kong and other cities in Asia.
