SINGAPORE – October 17, 2019 – World-leading serviced apartment provider Oakwood^®, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments (“Mapletree”), celebrates its record-breaking five national awards for top serviced apartment brand and three for best individual residences in their country at the World Travel Awards Asia & Oceania 2019. This is the fourth consecutive year that Oakwood has been recognised at the World Travel Awards.

Announced during the Gala Ceremony held in Phu Quoc, Vietnam on October 12, 2019, Oakwood captured the coveted national awards for “Leading Serviced Apartment Brand” in India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad in India and Oakwood Premier Coex CenterSeoul in South Korea were also conferred top recognition and honours as the respective country’s “Leading Serviced Apartments”, and Oakwood Hotel & Residence Sri Racha as Thailand’s “Leading Hotel Residences”.
