(13 November, 2018- Hong Kong) – This December, The Fleming is welcoming guests with a curated dine-and-stay experience, perfect for a weekend getaway, or a cosy and cool winter stay-cation in Wan Chai’s most stylish luxury boutique hotel.
In partnership with Black Sheep Restaurants’ Osteria Marzia, The Fleming is offering guests a choice of two promotional room packages starting at HK$3,888, which will include bubbles on arrival a personal gourmet dining experience for two at the popular coastal Italian restaurant and a complimentary breakfast the following morning.
As part of the luxury package complimentary additions include a bottle of specially selected red wine and late check-out of 3pm (subject to availability); from 1 – 31 December, 2018. Guests can choose from a spacious Large Room for the daily price of HK$3,888, or an Extra Large Room with king-size bed for HK$4,188, which will include all of the additions.
The Fleming evokes memorable experiences with design inspired by the industrial era and maritime history, from Hong Kong’s heyday in the 60’s and 70’s. And the award-winning restaurant perfectly rounds off any stay with gourmet cuisine.
The attentive team at Osteria Marzia will welcome guests with a glass of sparkling prosecco, introduce the concept and find out more about personal tastes before serving the ultimate tailored three course meal (value of HK$888 per person) specially curated by Chef Luca Marrinelli for each diner’s tastes.
Dishes to choose from include coastal Italian signature dishes such as Branzino Acqua Pazza, a whole seabass grilled over charcoal and served with clams, olives, and cherry tomatoes; and the Spaghetti Chitarra, with an Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino base, a trademark of Neapolitan pastas, and topped with fresh Boston lobster.
Desserts are homemade and luxurious to end on a high and include treats such as Hazelnut Chocolate Gianduja, to a fresh Granita or creamy Gelato.
This new seasonal package combines a stay in one of The Fleming’s 66 stylish rooms which offers specially designed ‘Shen Nong’ bathroom amenities, a well-stocked Hong Kong highlights minibar (chosen by the owner), all modern appliances such as Apple TV and high-speed WiFi as well as luxurious robes for the ultimate cosy winter stay.
