Upon arrival and departure at Nadi International Airport, a Laucala Island escort welcomes and accompanies travelers directly to the dedicated lounge. Luggage is taken care of by the team escort, so guests can unwind in luxury before boarding the resort’s private jet, making it the ultimate flawless travel experience for every Laucala Island guest.
The undisturbed 100 square-metre oasis is conveniently located close to the domestic terminal and international departure counters. As the first gateway to ultimate luxury that is Laucala Island, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of Champagne and freshen up with a lemongrass infused cooling towel. The washroom and changing facilities include an introduction to the splendor guests are set to experience, with the handmade signature spa products from Laucala Island including chemical-free soaps, shampoos and lotions that use tropical flowers, herbs, spices and fruits grown in the island’s Spa Garden.
The style of the lounge echoes the resort’s design ethos with Fijian nuances running throughout; warm materials such as the locally sourced hardwoods, mahogany and cinnamon are used, creating a comfortable environment for passengers to relax in. Guests can feel at ease whilst sipping on a range of complimentary refreshments from the fully stocked bar – with a choice of wines, spirits, beers, fresh juices and more or kick back with the reading materials, TV entertainment and Wi-Fi access.
Arriving on the 3,500-acre island getaway, guests can stay at one of 25 individual villas, each with a private beach strip and or pool. Activities to choose from include golf on the 18-hole championship course, horseback riding, snorkelling, diving and even a spin in the resort’s own submarine the DeepFlight Super Falcon. The daily rate of US$4,800* per night for a one bedroom villa for 2 adults and range up to US$45,000 per night for the three-bedroom Hilltop Estate perched on Nawi Hill hosting up to 6 adults.**
