國泰及港龍航空呼籲乘客 透過機上募捐為尼泊爾地震伸出援手

（香港）尼泊爾日前發生黎克特制7.8級地震，為當地設施帶來嚴重破壞及人命傷亡，超過700萬災民急需人道救援。國泰及港龍航空宣布，由5月1日至15日，所有在國泰及港龍航空航班上收集的「零錢布施」捐款，將全數撥捐聯合國兒童基金香港委員會（UNICEF HK）支持尼泊爾地震緊急救援工作，呼籲乘客支持機上募捐計劃，為受災兒童及家庭伸出援手。 國泰及港龍航空表示，乘客捐出的款項將重點協助UNICEF HK為尼泊爾地震受災兒童及家庭提供清潔食水、衞生套裝、醫療及營養物資、帳幕、防水帆布、疫苗及急救包等項目，為預防災後疫症爆發出一分力，以及支援災後重建工作。國泰及港龍航空亦已即時協助不同志願機構和慈善團體運送物資以及拯救隊伍前往災區。 另外，國泰集團於即日至5月13日發起員工籌款活動，並承諾為集團員工捐款作等額配對，所籌得善款亦將全數撥捐UNICEF HK，支持尼泊爾地震的救援行動。 ...
